From a broad point of WFM view you lead the implementations of new tools in global surrounding. Process analyzes and vision on and knowledge in the field of the Contactcenter are a necessity for this role ( both as manager and consultant/process analyst). The relationship between Time& Attendance and the broader WFM is for you certainly no mistery. You work in an international team of WFM specialists. You live in vicinity of a local office of our client in the Netherlands or abroad.
Depends on criteria as age, education, experiences max € 4.800,- gross plus
Relevant Master's degree (f.i. Business Informationmanagement, Buss. Economics, Logistics, Math Marketing etc). Excellent knowledge of WFM processes in the Contactcenters, projectmanagement, change (f.i COPC and/or LEAN), English, leadership, consultingskills, public speaking etc.
